By accessing or using the Dungeon Master platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial tabletop role-playing game entertainment, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service to generate, store, or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. The platform's AI content moderation system enforces this policy automatically.

4. Intellectual Property

Game mechanics are provided under the SRD 5.1 / CC-BY-4.0. Platform software, branding, and original content remain the property of the platform operator. AI-generated narrative content is produced on your behalf and owned by you.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
